Hello, my name is Esther Yousoun Kim.
My treatment philosophy focuses on the overall health of the body, mind, and spirit. Instead of merely addressing the visible 'pain,' I have always paid attention to the 'person' experiencing the pain. Through my doctoral dissertation titled "Oriental Medicine’s Approach to Depression in Regards to the Concept of Different Constitution" I discovered that an individual's constitution, environment, and diet play key roles in their health. Most importantly, I realized that much of the pain people experience stems from unresolved emotions and negative past experiences. This is why I place such importance on treating both the body and the mind together.
In traditional medicine, the mind and body are viewed as one. True health is restored when the body and mind are in harmony, and at our clinic, we strive to provide personalized holistic treatment for each patient. We aim to help our patients regain balance, peace, and vitality in their lives through a healthy, balanced approach that cares for not only their physical well-being but also their emotional well-being.
